Loss 15kg in 5 months, No Gym, No Jogging, No Running.

I've lost 15kg in the last 5 months, I've never been to a gym, no jogging, no running. I just managed my meal (and thus, calorie intake).

I'll tell you my general idea: 

Go for a low carb diet (not a sugar diet, that means you won't eat rice, pizza, yogurt, bread, noodles, cakes, wheat products, dried fruit, etc.), 
No soft drinks , Alcohol, etc. They are your worst enemies. God!. 
Eat as much fresh green vegetables as you can (such as cabbage, broccoli, spinach).

Eat more white meat (chicken, fish) for calorie intake.

Walk at least 5 kilometers a day, you can use some apps to track the distance. 

It's all about calorie management. For a loss of about 3500 calories, you lose 0.5 kg. So, if your Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR) is 1800 calories a day (especially for a person weighing 80kg), you can eat 1 100 calories a day (you have 700 calories deficient), ∼5km Walk (you lose 300 calories). 

 
Minimize 900-1000 calories a day, you lose about 1 kg in a week. You lose about 3-4 kg in a month. Enough with a balanced lifestyle. 

Last but not least, every time you buy a food product, read the ingredient label. Just don't choose a high-carb food product. 

Well even if you are losing about 2 kg / month just by managing your diet, this is fantastic! 

Believe me, a low-carb diet is more helpful for weight loss than a low-fat diet.
